React® is a unique service which provides direct mail support for Sales Professionals in the health
sector. The service is activated by the sales person directly and provides a rapid response mailing facility
that enables them to target their valued customers and prospects with personalised communications.
A selection of letter templates and mailing inserts is set-up in advance together with each sales
person's scanned signature to ensure that personal touch. The number of letter types can be unlimited. You
define the volume of use and the flexibility of the service enabling the sales person to select only one
letter if required or full area coverage.
Data can be supplied electronically from your own CRM / ETM system via ADSL or ISDN lines, by e-mail,
telephone or by post. The Health Connections database of healthcare professionals can also be used for
targeting purposes.
The sales person selects the recipient and the mailing is rapidly despatched by PMD. Letter texts and
materials can be set-up to cover a complete product range, for brand promotional and access generation
or information mailings, as an introduction for a new sales person, invitations to meetings or to reinforce
the brand when there is a vacant territory.
React® enables the Sales Professional to target their clients and prospects by area, region,
profile type or promotional product category as well as taking active involvement in the marketing process.
It enables a sales letter to be sent easily with an informed, creative and professional approach and helps
to build personal relationships directly with customers.
Once set-up, React® requires minimal management time therefore avoiding a drain on your
administration resources. PMD administers all mail production and management reports are provided to
monitor the service usage and control budgets.
