ReAct - Representative Activated Communications

We work closely with you and your sales team to set up a range of letter templates which can be activated directly by the sales person to provide a responsive and personalised communication that targets valued customers. The sales person selects the recipient and PMD rapidly despatches a creative and professional mailing which reinforces your brand and helps build personal relationships with customers.

The templates can cover a wide range of topics, including:

  • Good news, such as formulary acceptance
  • PCT guidance
  • Disease network acceptance
  • NICE approval
  • Invitations to meetings, launches or seminars
  • Information mailings
  • Post-appointment reminders / follow-ups
  • Lead generation & appointment setting

Customers can be targeted by area, region, profile type or promotional product category. Once set-up, ReAct requires minimal management as PMD administers all mail production and provides management reports to monitor the service usage and control budgets.

Literature & Sample Distribution

Our purpose built warehouse in Rushden, Northants holds an MHRA Wholesale Dealers Licence for the distribution of POM, P and GSL product samples. It has hi-speed data links to our Customer Contact Centre, enabling your orders are processed quickly and accurately.

We can store material on your behalf, from sales representative aids and exhibition materials to high volume access items and pharmaceutical product samples and you can access up-to-date information via CampaignXec, our on-line management software which provides:

  • Online access to your own stock
  • Place representative orders directly into the system
  • Multi-user access (via secure password protected logins)

Emergency sample recall

Would you have the resources, procedures and processes in place to handle a sample product recall, particularly a worst case, Class 1 emergency?

Thankfully they are relatively rare; however it’s good to know that you can call on PMD if the situation does arise. We have proven experience in recalling medicinal samples from GP surgeries, retail pharmacies and wholesalers. We understand what needs to happen; with our experienced account executive team managing each stage and keeping you informed every step of the way. The products are returned to our MHRA warehouse, where we arrange for destruction or transportation back to your nominated facility.
